10 Minute Tips: Nail It Every Day & Embody Your Best Self

It can be that when we have busy lives, important interviews, big meetings, dates, speeches & other big events in life we start to doubt ourselves. Sometimes, before we take on a massive project, embark on a new journey or relationship that we have fear about the future. There can be anxiety about the right decision to make. We can begin to get caught up in the details and lose sight of what we want, need or would like to achieve.

This little hack will help you to connect with the best version of you and bring you into a place of calmness, peace and confidence. It will aid you in being able to completely embody your purpose and resolve so that you nail it every day.

The reason that it is so effective is that our subconscious cannot differentiate between a created or imagined reality or otherwise in the same logical way as the conscious mind. This means we can, without question, embody the energy of the information we provide to the subconscious mind. The more we do it the stronger and more vivid it becomes.

Embody Your Best Self

  1. Close your eyes and take a few breaths in and out. Notice your breath and connect by breathing in for 3 counts, and out for 6 counts.
  2. Notice how you feel right now about the issue(s). Notice all sensations and feelings without judgement or shaming. What are your true feelings/worries/stresses about this issue right now in this moment?
  3. Now, in your mind’s eye, visualise the best possible version of you. What do they look like? How do they stand? What do they wear? How do they feel? What to they say? How do they think? What do they value? What is their purpose? Spend a few minutes getting to know this version of you.
  4. Start to look into their eyes and get a sense of this person.
  5. Now step into the best version of you. Completely embody their energy, their thoughts, their values, their feelings, their posture, their mind set, their purpose.
  6. Notice how you feel as you look out of their eyes into the world.
  7. Now, through their eyes, open your eyes and carry on out into the world ready to face the world reborn into the best version of you possible.
